reasoned rebuttal to "flame" posts made by the Griffin/Hevia

Despite published claims to of opposition to "internet slander and
abuse" or "nasty internet flame wars" by gdtruthsee…@yahoo.com this
troll today further eroded the credibility
of both Mr. Griffin and Mr. Hevia, following Mr. GRIFFINS ENDLESS CLAIM
TO BE THE ONLY ONE Several new flame posts made in the past week
by gdtruthsee…@yahoo.com attacking Robert Zink ended a Period which
had
been completely free of inflammatory or defamatory posts, a Period
where the restraint of initiates was evidenced, a weekend where the
recent peace initiatives of Robert Zink gained much credibility, a
weekend of harmony in the entire community disrupted
today by the renewed flaming by renegade defamation troll,
gdtruthsee…@yahoo.com.
Chic Cicero and Robert Zink, the object of gdtruthsee…@yahoo.com’s
defamation, are the owner of
the original Golden Dawn Trademark which will determine the ownership
of it in any other country, and the leader of the
Esoteric Order of the Golden Dawn, operating all over the world.
Attacks broke out against Mr. Cicero and Mr. Zink following Mr. Cicero
having served Mr. Griffin a Law suite that will remove him from the
Trademark everywhere.

us, and
to refrain from the further posting of any "flame posts." You think
that you are only harming Robert Zink and Chic Cicero, but you are in
truth also
harming the credibility of David Griffin (yourself) and of Jorge Hevia.

The post to which this is a response is but the lastest post in a
defamation campaign being orchestrated by Chic Cicero of the Florida
Corporation of the Golden Dawn and by Robert A. Zink of EOGD/HOMSI
being waged against the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn and its Chief
Adept, Mr. David Griffin. Stung by recent published evidence
documenting Robert Zink’s involvement in the orchestrated, anonymous
defamation campaign against David Griffin and his attorney, Jorge
Hevia, Mr. Zink recently published an appeal to end what he called the
"nasty flame wars," stating at:

proven, albeit anonymously. Mr. Zink claim’s that: "I never used an
anonymous remailer," but considering his lack of honesty about flame
posts and the promotion of negative web sites, can he still be believed
about anonymity?
The negative web site in question was published repeatedly using
anonymous proxy servers on free web hosts and promoted using anonymous
remailers so that the publishers and promoters could not be traced.
Indeed, the only person ever to have been positively identified to have
either published and promoted this negative web site is Robert A. Zink.
Under the circumstances, is it not reasonable to infer that Robert A.
Zink, despite his numerouos denials, has all along personally
orchestrated the ongoing defamation against Mr. David Griffin.

flame", just leave it alone. dont you think that the GD community as a
whole is sick of seeing this kind of thing.
Why cant you draw a line under it and move on. The idea of having peace
in the GD community should be embraced. Yes, there is a lot of water
under the bridge from all camps, but rather than sulking and pointing
out things that have happened, rise above it and leave it alone.
Lets try to move this forward somewhat at least, rather than seeing the
same things regurgitated.
If we dont all give this peace a try then what does that say about us.

This sounds like a self righteous disposition by the Griffin camp. The
very same crap that has plagued the Golden Dawn for over 10 years.
Why won’t Griffin give into peace? Why does he have people creating
sites agains cicero and zink? Why is he trying to pontificate the
agenda of the meeting away from "peace". Why won’t he grow up? I’ll

the years is based on heresay and false digruntled former member
accusations. Cicero running a prostitution ring is only an allegation

What is ironic is that I have recently found out that Jorge Hevia has
been "CONVICTED" on a few charges. This means that he has gone to
court and has been convicted by a Judge for DWI and for Possession of a
Narcotic for personal use. The same so-called high and mighty Jorge has
had more than his days in court, he has also served them with his
convicted jail time.

refused to let Jorge "be the man" in the bedroom, if you catch my

The referenced post is but the latest in an ongoing defamation campaign
being waged against the Rosicrucian Order of AO its Chief Adept, Mr.
David Griffin, and its attorney, Mr. Jorge Hevia. This defamation
campaign has been conclusively linked to Mr. Robert Zink, lisenced by
Chic Cicero, by the publication of statements made by Mr. Zink on the
Esoteric Order of the Golden Dawn web site and public Yahoo forum. A
brief resume of a small selection of the evidence linking Mr. Zink,
licensed by Mr. Cicero to the ongoing defamation campaign follows
below, with URL links for easy authentication of his authorship of
statements attributed to him.
Why is this defamation waged against Mr. Griffin and the A+O? David
Griffin is the owner of the European and Canadian Hermetic Order of the
Golden Dawn trademark and co-owner of the HOGD trademark in the USA by
contractual agreement, and the leader of the Hermetic Order of the
Golden Dawn, the Outer Order of the Rosicrucian Order of A+O. Attacks
broke out against Mr. Griffin following his having received
documents regarding the teachings of the Grades beyond the Second Order
for which the RR+AC must prepare the Adept. This permitted Mr. Griffin
to reform of the A+O’s Second Order (RR+AC) so that it correctly
prepares the Adept for higher teachings beyond the Grade of 7=4, and
supplementing materials which had been revealed by Crowley and
published by Regardie with materials from earlier Rosicrucian sources
under the guidance of a physical, ancient, and secret, European
alchemical order.
A number of American orders using only materials published by Regardie
felt clearly threatened by the A+O’s successful reformation of the
RR+AC, integrating substantial magical and alchemical materials from
earlier, Rosicrucian sources under the guidance and tutelage of an
extremely secretive and ancient, continental European alchemical order.
This was necessary due to the publication of the formerly secret,
magical teachings of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn by Aleister
Crowey and Israel Regardie. Several esoteric orders which teach little
more than these well known and published materials, obviously felt
threatened by Mr. Griffin’s accomplishment, particularly Chic Cicero of
the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, Inc. In response, Mr. Cicero
formed an alliance against the Rosicrucian Order of A+O by licensing
several groups to use the HOGD trademark, including groups which
practice dubious forms of astral or self-initiation, mix the published
teachings of the HOGD with Taoism and Aleister Crowley’s Thelema, and
in the case of EOGD whose leader is of questionable moral character
In a further attack on the Rosicrucian Order of A+O, Mr. Cicero
recently filed a frivolous lawsuit against the A+O in US Federal Court,
in a attempt to deprive the A+O of its legitimate trademark rights to
the name of its outer order, the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn in
the USA, despite Mr. Cicero’s decade old, contractual obligations with
the A+O in this regard. Mr. Cicero recently suffered severe legal
setbacks in this litigation, thus spawning intensified defamation
attacks against both the A+O and its Chief Adept, David Griffin, on the
internet. It is only in the light of these events that one can better
understand the orchestrated internet defamation campaign promoted by
Cicero lisencee, Robert Zink.
Below follows a synopsis of a part of the evidence linking Robert Zink,
sponsored by Chic Cicero, to the ongoing defamation campaign against
David Griffin and the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn (A+O). These

In response to having been linked to the ongoing defamation campaign

The referenced post is a parody of one of my posts. It should be noted,
that unike my present post and all of my posts, the parody merely makes
wild and false proclamations and provides no concrete evidence
whatsoever to substantiate its arguments.
The referenced post is but the latest in an ongoing defamation campaign
being waged against the Rosicrucian Order of AO its Chief Adept, Mr.
David Griffin, and its attorney, Mr. Jorge Hevia. This defamation
campaign has been conclusively linked to Mr. Robert Zink, lisenced by
Chic Cicero, by the publication of statements made by Mr. Zink on the
Esoteric Order of the Golden Dawn web site and public Yahoo forum. A
brief resume of a small selection of the evidence linking Mr. Zink,
licensed by Mr. Cicero to the ongoing defamation campaign follows
below, with URL links for easy authentication of his authorship of
statements attributed to him.
Why is this defamation waged against Mr. Griffin and the A+O? David
Griffin is the owner of the European and Canadian Hermetic Order of the
Golden Dawn trademark and co-owner of the HOGD trademark in the USA by
contractual agreement, and the leader of the Hermetic Order of the
Golden Dawn, the Outer Order of the Rosicrucian Order of A+O. Attacks
broke out against Mr. Griffin following his having received
documents regarding the teachings of the Grades beyond the Second Order
for which the RR+AC must prepare the Adept. This permitted Mr. Griffin
to reform of the A+O’s Second Order (RR+AC) so that it correctly
prepares the Adept for higher teachings beyond the Grade of 7=4, and
supplementing materials which had been revealed by Crowley and
published by Regardie with materials from earlier Rosicrucian sources
under the guidance of a physical, ancient, and secret, European
alchemical order.
A number of American orders using only materials published by Regardie
felt clearly threatened by the A+O’s successful reformation of the
RR+AC, integrating substantial magical and alchemical materials from
earlier, Rosicrucian sources under the guidance and tutelage of an
extremely secretive and ancient, continental European alchemical order.
This was necessary due to the publication of the formerly secret,
magical teachings of the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn by Aleister
Crowey and Israel Regardie. Several esoteric orders which teach little
more than these well known and published materials, obviously felt
threatened by Mr. Griffin’s accomplishment, particularly Chic Cicero of
the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn, Inc. In response, Mr. Cicero
formed an alliance against the Rosicrucian Order of A+O by licensing
several groups to use the HOGD trademark, including groups which
practice dubious forms of astral or self-initiation, mix the published
teachings of the HOGD with Taoism and Aleister Crowley’s Thelema, and
in the case of EOGD whose leader is of questionable moral character
In a further attack on the Rosicrucian Order of A+O, Mr. Cicero
recently filed a frivolous lawsuit against the A+O in US Federal Court,
in a attempt to deprive the A+O of its legitimate trademark rights to
the name of its outer order, the Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn in
the USA, despite Mr. Cicero’s decade old, contractual obligations with
the A+O in this regard. Mr. Cicero recently suffered severe legal
setbacks in this litigation, thus spawning intensified defamation
attacks against both the A+O and its Chief Adept, David Griffin, on the
internet. It is only in the light of these events that one can better
understand the orchestrated internet defamation campaign promoted by
Cicero lisencee, Robert Zink.
